DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Adults: Powder: 3g (1 teaspoon) daily. Capsules: 2 - 3 capsules, 2 times daily.

Children (6-12 years): Powder: 1.5g (1/2 teaspoon) daily. Capsules:1-2 capsules, 2 times daily.

Capsules are not recommended for small children due to the potential choking hazard.
