Lifestream Bowel Biotics Aloe Soothe is a digestive health product to support overall bowel health, regularity and flora. This fine powder blend provides the unique combination of Slippery Elm, Aloe Vera, probiotics and prebiotics for gentle digestive support.

It is widely recognised that using prebiotics and probiotics helps support long-term bowel health, regular bowel motions and overall wellbeing. Health professionals believe that keeping the colon healthy is important to overall health and vitality. Inulin prebiotics

Slippery elm bark powder1.5g
Aloe vera dried inner leaf juice, equiv. to fresh aloe vera juice10g

Probiotic cultures (Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus)

1 billion cfu

 

This product is vegetarian, and free from gluten and wheat.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Adults: 1 rounded teaspoon (3.65g), twice daily
Children 6-12yrs: ½ rounded teaspoon (1.8g), 1-2 times daily

 

Mix into large glass of water or juice, stir well and consume immediately. Follow this with another glass of water or juice. Best taken 30 minutes before or after food. It is recommended to increase water intake when taking additional dietary fibre. We recommend starting with a low dose and building yp gradually to suit the individual.
